How does the pricing work?
M:AI Search paid subscription plans include many features and a large number of searches for a fixed monthly fee. The search volume included is more than sufficient. If you still exceed the monthly limit, you will receive an email that provides you with some additional volume and suggests you upgrade to an appropriate level. We will not cancel or throttle your data.
What counts as a search?
We only count actual searches.
A lot of search engines base the price on all types of requests, such as API, e-commerce, and ERP requests. For example, every time you receive orders or adjust stock balances, hundreds of updates may be sent to the search engine.
This makes it difficult to predict the monthly fee as the price does not depend on the number of searches but rather on how many product updates you make. These requests are not counted as searches by M:AI Search, which means they do not use up the included volume.Are my products updated in real-time or every 24 hours?
With M:AI search engine, your products, categories, and brands are updated in real-time. This means that they are updated immediately. Real-time updates are included in all our paid subscription plans.
Usually, products indexed in a search engine are updated every 24 hours. Your customers, therefore, have to wait for 24 hours before they can see new product launches. In addition, your stock quantity is always outdated, as it changes every time someone places an order.Are there limits on how many searches can be made?
There are no limits on the number of search requests; the volume pricing is based on the number of search requests to the AI search engine.
How does the AI personalize the search?
M:AI works from day one and is based on machine learning. It uses a hybrid AI search engine where neural and lexical search are combined.
The longer the time period, the more data M:AI collects. With more data, the AI-driven search engine will automatically display even more intelligent search results and try to increase the conversion rate even further!How can I change my AI subscription plan?
Yes! It's very easy to upgrade your subscription plan. You do have a binding period for the selected subscription plan if you want to downgrade, but it's quite short. Simply contact us to check your binding period, and let us know which subscription plan you want.
