Do you charge per request or per search?
This differentiates us from our competitors. We don't charge per request, only per search.
"Requests" are all sorts of requests made to the search engine, including API, e-commerce, and ERP calls during product updates. For example, every time you get an order or change the stock, your ERP system might send hundreds of updates. These requests are also sent to the search engine.
When the price is based on requests, it's very hard to predict the monthly cost. It does not depend on how many searches you've had. Instead, it depends on how many product updates you’ve made.
With M:AI, it's much easier. We include lots of searches. If you still exceed your plan’s monthly limit, you're only charged for the searches, not the requests. To add +10,000 searches only costs $25 per month.

M:AI Free is free of charge. Other M:AI subscription plans include many more features and search requests for a fixed monthly fee. The price includes a limited number of search requests and a limited number of indexed products each month. See the comparison above.
The included volume covers the needs of most e-tailers. And don’t worry - we won’t drop or throttle your data! Once you exceed your plan’s monthly limit, you’ll receive an email asking you to upgrade to the appropriate tier. You’ll need to do this before you can use the AI search again.

Usually, products indexed in a search engine are updated every 24 hours. Your customers, therefore, have to wait for 24 hours before they can see new product launches. In addition, your stock quantity is always outdated, as it changes every time someone places an order.
With M:AI search engine, your products, categories, and brands are updated in real-time. This means that they are updated immediately. Real-time updates are included in all our paid subscription plans.Are there limits on how many searches can be made?
There are no limits on the number of search requests; the volume pricing is based on the number of search requests to the AI search engine.
How does the AI personalize the search?
M:AI works from day 1 and is based on machine learning. It uses a hybrid AI search engine where neural and lexical search are combined.
The longer the time period, the more data M:AI collects. With more data, the AI-driven search engine will automatically display even more intelligent search results and try to increase the conversion rate even further!How can I change my AI subscription plan?
