What are prices based on?
You pay a set monthly fee for the AI search engine M:AI. This fee covers a specific number of search requests each month. It also includes a limit on the number of indexed products, as shown in the comparison above.
The included volume covers most e-tailers' needs. If you use all the included volume, you will be charged for volume pricing. This charge depends on how much the search engine is used that month. Usually $25 per 1000 products or 10.000 search request per month.
A suggestion is to start with monthly payments the first 2-3 months, then change to annual payments to save 15%. Please contact us to get a quote.
Are there limits on how many searches can be made?
There are no limits on the number of searches – the volume pricing is based upon search requests to the search engine.
How does the AI personalize the search?
M:AI works from day 1 and is based on machine learning together with a hybrid search where neural and lexical search are combined.
The longer the time period, the more data M:AI collects. With more data our AI automatically displays even more intelligent search results and increases conversion rate even more!
